Jean-Michel Floc’h is the Advisory Board Member of Skyforth. He is a French & Australian businessman merchant banker based in Beijing and Sydney with 46 years of experience in banking, Investment Banking, VC/Private Equity real estate and business ownership. His international career spans Asia, Europe, Middle-East, Africa and Australia, but his core focus over the past 14 years has been based in Beijing China, and he currently represents a number of Chinese clients as either principal or business partner. China market entry strategy, M&A, and Joint Ventures; China Inbound and Outbound investment. He has a deep understanding, commercially and culturally, of the greater China region as well as Asia Pacific and Middle East Africa.
Jean is focusing on facilitates partnerships, mergers & acquisitions in Australia, alliances and corporate finance actions and works in conjunction with a network of syndicate partners, infrastructure EPC contractors, real estate agents, development companies, “HNW” investors, hedge funds, private equity funds, banks and merchant banks, Information Technology in order to make deals happen. With its deep relationships with the private equity world, both General Partners and Limited Partners, as well as global corporate, global Sovereign Wealth Funds and Family Offices, endowments and foundations, he has a unique reliable platform for investors seeking investment penetration and fundraising partnerships.

May Liu
May Liu, the Director of Skyforth in the USA, is an accomplished film producer, financier, and philanthropist. She holds a Master's degree in finance from Baruch College, CUNY, specializing in corporate valuation and risk management. From 2008 to 2010, May held an HK SFC license at First Shanghai Securities. Prior to that, she served as the Vice President of China Enterprise Investment Fund since 2007, where she actively participated in numerous IPO stock placements, overseeing investments exceeding $100 million and achieving a maximum portfolio return of 300%.
In 2003, May began her venture capital advisory career at Asiawired, assuming the role of Chief Representative in China. During her tenure, she provided private equity and investment banking advisory services to private enterprises and professional investors, specializing in sectors such as internet, media, fashion, and the film industry. In addition, she successfully organized a training program for the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Before joining Asiawired, May held management positions in Wal-Mart China and other publicly listed companies in Hong Kong.
As a prominent film financing capitalist, May was invited by Forrest Capital to serve as a Jury Member for the Film Finance Awards 2012 at the Cannes Film Festival. She has actively participated in early-stage financing for notable films such as "The Revenant" and "Escape Plan 2". Her first independent film, "Shadow Days", garnered recognition as one of the top seven Chinese films at the Berlin Film Festival in 2014. Some of her notable produced film projects include "Fake Fiction", "Inside Out", and "Blooming Sisters" (winner of the Best Screenplay Award at the 2018 US China Film Festival).
Peng Mun Foo
P.M. Foo is the Partner of Skyforth in Singapore. He is a CPA , CFA, holder of Singapore Fund Management Representative’s license and is also a Licensed Private Equity Fund manager. PM has over 15 years of experience of investing in and building businesses in Asia. PM is ex-CFO, Asia Pacific, and Deputy General Manager of London Asia Capital Plc,and was CFO of 4 investing companies. PM joins London Asia from Legg Mason Asset Management (Asia), the Asian operations of a US-listed Money Manager with over US$ 1 trillion AUM(one of the 5 Largest Asset Manager Operating in the world) where he was Chief Operating Officer. He was also responsible for Regulatory, Legal, Finance, Taxation and Human Resources functions of the 3 Asian entities as Company Director, including implementing Legg Mason’s acquisition of Rothschild Asset Management (Singapore) as well as providing certifications required by the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC, US) as subsidiaries of the US-listed Legg Mason. Prior to Legg Mason, PM spent several years as a Venture Capitalist backed by listed equities experience at Deutsche Bank. PM was co-founding member of Bowtie Asia, a boutique seed stage venture capital investment firm.

Jack Chang is the Chief Representative of Skyforth in Taiwan. He has over 20 years of experience in hotel management, name brand Franchise and management sector. He was the Managing Director of Hongkong Perfect Hotel Management for 5 years, from 2011.01 to 2012.12 he delegated the Australian Argyle Hotel Management Group, to carry out from building preparation to operational management of Doyi Argyle Boutique Hotel as the General manager; he responsible for internal operational management and external hotel marketing, public relations, and creation of revenue. From Year 2000. to Year 2010.12) Served as VP or Owner Representative in preparatory consultation work for Taiwanese invested hotels and Mainland real estate developers. Followed Mr. Zhou Wu to work for The WESTIN Tashee Taiwan , Fuchun Resort Hangzhou, The RCI Eastern Taipei, The DYNASTY(Taipei and Beijing), and The Sherwood Taipei LEADING international five-star hotels,The Chateau Resort Guilin, mainly responsible for the integration of hotel market and direction of development in Chinese mainland market. 4.(1995.01-1999.12): served as a MARCOM director of Unify Health World, a five-star resort hotel and top club and a General manager of its Kenting branch, organized works from building, preparation to operational management; in the same period, responsible for managing three resort hotels and seven clubs . 5. (1990.01-1994.12):Served as a teacher in Da-De senior high school and a MARCOM director of Folk Resort in Taiwan.
